Loredana LLC orders are filled as promptly as possible. We ship most orders to arrive 5-7 business days from the receipt of order unless express shipping is used. Orders are filled on a first come first serve basis.

RETURN TO SENDER POLICY
Loredana LLC ships all orders via UPS. If your package is not delivered successfully on the first attempt, UPS will attempt to deliver your package two more times, excluding weekends and holidays. After a third failed attempt, UPS will hold onto the package for 5 days then return the package(s) to the original sender.
If a package is returned to us for any reason, we will make an attempt to contact you via email. Once you respond, your package will be shipped back to you at your specific direction and shipping will be billed to you again. If we do not receive a response from you, it is our policy to restock the ill returned goods.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS
If you choose to refuse your shipment from Loredana LLC your original shipping fees will not be refunded.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns
All sale purchases are final sales. Loredana LLC will accept returns, however only 60% of the original item or item(s) purchase price will be refunded. The items must also have their original packaging, and cannot have seals broken, no exceptions. The card used for your original order will be credited within 2 weeks for the order total minus shipping expenses.
Exchanges
Loredana LLC offers an exchange program with empty jars of product that have been used. Once a product has been used completely and you the customer is left with an empty jar, Loredana LLC will send you a brand new product at a discounted rate (standard shipping applies)
